Structure of the LSP
The Local Strategic Partnership has recently agreed a revised delivery framework and the partnership currently operates as follows...
Annual Community Conference- Held annually
- Attended by the widest number of organisations related to the LSP
- Aims to update delegates on current LSP activity and progress against strategy

Local Strategic Partnership Board- Meets at least three times each year
- Consists of around 25 – 30 members from key organisations and partnerships active in the District
|

LSP Management Committee- Meets (approx) every month
- Consists of 7 members of the Board:
- Chair of LSP (District Council)
- Vice Chair (Voluntary Sector)
- Vice Chair (Business Sector)
- Herts County Council
- Herts Constabulary
- West Hertfordshire PCT
- and Post-16 education sector
- Other organisations are called upon to attend the Management Committee when needed

LSP Project Groups- Meeting cycle driven by project goals
- Each project group is responsible for the achievement of specific LSP project goals (gap areas)
- Project progress is driven by the Project Lead (Management Committee member with Officer support) and monitored by the Board

- Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership
- District Children’s Trust Partnership
- Healthier Communities and Older People Partnership
- Economic Sustainability Partnership
- Quality Network Partnership
- Partnership Chairs report back on delivery plans, targets and progress to the Board
